Imperial,

He was certainly real. KSA (2) on WO100/339p142. He was discharged by purchase 8 September 1902.

QSA clasps Belfast, CC, OFS and LN.

John Collins, an almost twenty one year old labourer from Whitechapel and serving Militiaman, joined the Army, the King's Royal Rifle Corps upon the 23rd of May 1892 at their Depot, being posted to their 3rd Battalion in August, he was subsequently posted to their 1st Battalion, an interesting character, he saw Foreign Service in India, actually on campaign before the Anglo Boer War, he was discharged at his own request at De Aar in the Cape Colony, after Vereeniging, upon the 8th of September 1902.

If you find his other medals, you would certainly have a very pleasing and handsome trio.
