Dont often come across medals to the unit. Here is a title . Obviously locally made as one would expect.

In the days of my "Local SA Unit Collection" I had QSA's to Lieut J A G Webster, E.GRIQLND F.F. ; Pte J H van Heerden, E. GRQUALAND M.V. and Pte E Schutte Jnr E.GRIQUALAND M.R.

Small world as usual Henk - the QSA to Lt. JAG Webster now sits with me - an acquisition from the Spink auction last July.

I also have the medal to Lt. H.L. Woods of the East Griqualand M.R. who earned the Defence of Ladysmith (severely wounded on Wagon Hill with the ILH) and the Relief of Mafeking with the same outfit.
