Hi Ian, Field Marshal Jan Smuts decorations & medals are held by the War Museum in Johannesburg. I had a photo of the group on display, but cannot find it, lousy filing system.

As an aside, the bespoke Mauser with octagonal barrel that was carried by Smuts during the war is in the museum is the 1/15th RNSW lancers.
