If you could supply "Mr. Garland's" details (including full forenames and the regiment with which he served), I am sure that someone will try to help you. The month's Medal News notes how it is City Coins's 50th anniversary in 2017 and that their Golden Anniversary catalogue 68 will be available towards the end of this month.

The latest I hear is that the next catalogue will come out in July/August. Does anyone have any more up to date information?

August 2017 I believe when I spoke to them last month.

We met up for a mini CTMG wake in memory of Greta Beighton, who some might know as Peter's wife and collaborator on many of his projects both professional and medallic, 10 days ago. There I was told the catalogue is almost ready so August probably then.
