Well never mind there are worse things to spend your money on, I have always liked the SAMIF, moreover, with these, the world really is your very own oyster.
I think, from memory, Kitchener's Horse was raised on the 20th of January 1900 by Army Order Number Five of that very same day as an MI unit
They did really well on the western front, French came to rely on them, they never had, or indeed sought, the recognition that Rimmington's Guides had and it was a very hard ride to Kimberley and beyond, but, CJ and his diamonds were a priority of course.
Be careful not to over pay for medals like this one though, there are quite a lot of them, however, like so many things, they turn up less and less these days.
