As he died in June 1900, shouldn't it read "For Queen And Country"? Does the Commonwealth War Graves Commission correct errors like this?

We have just learned of another volunteer Fred HOLLINGS who left for Sa in the Spring of 1901 (after the photograph was taken) so think there may have been second wave. This is a reliable family link and they still have his QSA and SJAB medals. He was stationed at the 20 General Hospital as a ward orderly.
Richard W Taylor from Birchwood is difficult to trace but we gather he had the QSA medal (no clasps) and may have been stationed on HMHS Simla in Durban Harbour.
