Hi David - managed to drag Campbell's file into the 'attachments' box but couldn't find a 'save' button that you refered to, to press; so It would seem that at this juncture the file disappears into the ether!
As I said, it's a pity because using cut and paste you lose not only any photographs but seemingly, any footnots, of which there were a few- looks like I've run out of space.......
