Alright | Hedley | | Captain | He was created a Companion of the Distinguished Service Order [London Gazette, 20 May 1898]: "Hedley Alright, Captain, Indian Staff Corps. In recognition of services during the recent operations on the North-West Frontier of India". The Insignia were presented by the Queen at Windsor 17 November 1898. Captain Alright died in March, 1903.
