HOME FROM THE WAR.
DRY DIGGINGS. – Trooper Frank POULTER, of the Victorian Imperial Bushmen, was tendered a welcome home at the Dry Diggings school, on Friday evening. A patriotic concert and coffee social was presided over by Councillor W.G. Jayes, and crowded to excess. At the close of the concert, Mr T.H. Avison presented Trooper POULTER with a gold medal and purse of sovereigns, on behalf of the residents.
