GRANTVILLE. — On Friday evening last Troopers G.H. MILNE and Isaac MOORE received a hearty welcome home at a concert held in the local Mechanics' Institute, when each of the troopers was presented by Captain HAM, on behalf of the residents of the district, with a gold albert and medal, suitably inscribed. Trooper MILNE served under Captain HAM in South Africa. Trooper MOORE belonged to Thorneycroft's Mounted Infantry. The chair was filled by the Rev. H. Potter.
