As of Jan 2023, I have been unable to find any report of this presentation. Possibly unique, though other reservists certainly went to the front from the Nantyglo & Blaina District (see below).

Nantyglo and the War.
At a public meeting, held at the Victoria Rooms last evening, a committee, with Alderman G.R. Harris, Councillors T. Treharne, and Messrs J. Walters and W. Blunt as president, treasurer, and secretaries respectively, was appointed to receive subscriptions for the relief of the families of local Reservists who have left for the front.
