CRITERION THEATRE.
Several new features were included in the programme of Mr Rickards’s Tivoli Company on Saturday. The most notable was the series of war pictures, shown by means of the biograph and the limelight lantern. …….

At the conclusion of the first part Mr Harry Rickards presented gold medals to Miss Fanny POWERS, Miss Ethel SMITH, Miss May SMITH, and Miss Noni RICKARDS, four young ladies who had been instrumental in collecting funds for the Bushmen’s Contingent. The medals were struck by Messrs H. Pottier and Co., of the Royal Arcade.
