An interesting gathering took place in the Queen’s Hotel, Wingate, on the occasion of a presentation to Dr W.A. GORDON RUSSELL, of Wingate, lately returned from the front. Major Vaux, D.S.O., presided, and the presentation of a handsome gold watch, albert, and appendages, suitably inscribed, was made by Dr E.J. Ryan.
