VOLUNTEER PRESENTATIONS.
On Saturday, in Mrs Raine’s Rooms, Windermere, Captain Rigg, M.P., and Mr L. Sinclair, M.P., attended a meeting of Volunteers, when the former presented his cup (won recently by the Windermere half of the H Company) to Sergeant Molyneaux to hold for 12 months, and Mr Sinclair presented Lance-Corporal BRAITHWAITE with a medal in commemoration of his services as an Active Service Volunteer in the Boer War.
