There is a single roll page for thsi unit.
A note states "GOC the Forces, SA, states these NCOs and men actually perforned duties with the troops during the war, and arem in his opinion, entitled to the grant of the medal and clasps claimed on this roll"
The medal roll was signed at the Military Hospital, late 14th Stationery and General Hospital, Maritzburg.
