South African units

Hello David, In the nominal roll for the Durham L.I there is one Lt-Colonel T. M’ Cubbin,and I also note that there was another Lt-Colonel T. M’ Cubbin CMG VD,that commanded the Durban L.I from October 1899 at Colenso. Could this be the same man?? Regards Adrian
