Town Guards

Private E. Garrad 3614 20th Hussars, Later 3232 Kitchener's Horse servant to Col. Legge transferred to Robert's Horse after Col Legge killed at Nooitgedacht. E.Garrad was my grandfather and was also awarded the KSA medal alongside the QSA. These medals are in my possesion and it is my belief that he is the only soldier to be awarded both.
