Town Guards

Joseph Marnell was my paternal grandfather. Born: 1875 in County Antrim, Ireland Son of John Marnell and Mary Ann Kane. Married Christina Mulholland and had three sons, Thomas Joseph (b. 1910) John Patrick (b. 1912) and Edward (b. 1913). His wife died in 1917, Antrim, Lisburn, Ireland and his three sons (John Patrick is my father) all immigrated to America (Philadelphia, PA). Joseph died not long after his wife (I am not sure of the year) in Antrim, Lisburn, Ireland.
