Hello everyone,
I wonder if anyone can help....
I am looking to find the regiment that my great great grandfather served in through the Boer War.
His name is William E Holt & I think he was in the Loyal North Lancs Reg but Im not sure.
I am trying to find as much information as I can i.e. age, where he served, how he got there,pictures of the reg, etc
Any help would be much appreciated

Thank for your post.

On the medal rolls I can see a W Holt in the Lancashire Fusiliers but no one of this name in the LNL Regiment.

The papers for this W Holt are available on-line at FindMyPast or via a visit/researcher at the National Archives.
