TOPIC:

A new page has been created containing PDFs of the records of officers' war service from the June 1905 Army List. The PDFs are arranged by surname for Imperial officers and then by area for colonial officers. File sizes of the PDFs vary and the surnames with many entries have been split into smaller files to ease the downloading/viewing. That said, some of the files are still quite large.

The files can be searched using the main site search facility.

Would these 1905 records be another method of cross-checking some Australian Light Horse men that have been listed on a 1905 Light Horse document?

(Obviously after checking with the officially listed Australian Boer War records which are sketchy in some details)

I obviously have not researched many Boer War veterans, so I'm probably asking some far too uncomplicated questions on methods of finding information about Boer War veterans.
I am obviously much more confident in trying to find information about post Boer war veterans.

I'll try checking through your lists, which are helpfully in alphabetical lists.
