The letters KCR appear frequently in the nominal rolls. The letter mean that the recipient did not earn the KSA but what is the abbreviation?



KM signifies a KSA.

KCR? King's Claim Refused?

I wonder why they recorded this information on the nominal rolls? Perhaps the nominal rolls were one of the sources used to prepare the medals?
