Good day,

Thank you for accepting me to this site. My reasons are for family research purposes as a number of family members were involved in the war (civilian and military).

My question is related to the following:

My 3 x great grandmother, Mary Nash van Lelyveld (born Frost) died during the "Siege of Kimberley" on 5 November 1899.

How/where would I go about getting a copy of her death certificate please? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
