Hi
Can anyone point me to where the annotations on the left side pages of local unit nominal rolls are explained, please?
These are the ones to the left of the name, and the one I'm esp interested in has 'K.C.R' in red, then immediately beside it is (in blue or black) N12168 (could possibly also be W rather than N)

There are a number of others that I'd be keen to understand, such as K.M with a circle around it, K.C.R with a line above and below the entry

Would be grateful for any pointers
