Could anyone with access to the above please oblige? I have a Boer War DCM recipient - one Thomas Dow - who married this lady and I would like a copy of the marriage certificate please.

I think you may have to apply direct to Victorian BDM for a copy. Whist the registers are digitized, I do not believe the actual document would be.

It may well be a case that the certificates fall under State records (given date of marriage) as opposed to that of a marriage under commonwealth Records.
