Good day. attached are photographs of the fuse and forward section of shell fragment found in the greater Ladysmith area many years ago, which I recently came across. There are no visible manufacturing markings. I have been informed that it is probably either a 4.7 or 5 Inch shell fragment. Is anybody able to shed any light on this given the photographic evidence, please? I have the fragment so am able to provide any other dimensions or details required.
