London: Max Goschen 1913. After joining his regiment in Cork and then going with it to Aldershot in December 1899, he sailed on the Assaye in January 1900. I cannot figure out what regiment he served in. He only identifies himself as being a Sergeant in the "7th MI" formed after the fall of Bloemfontein. Any help is much appreciated.
