This is a bit of a speculative request but I recall a few years ago mention by someone who was compiling an index of the many Boer War pictures that had appeared in the Black and White magazine.

Does anyone know if such an index exists?

I had a hard copy years ago but I think only for Volume 1 (there were 4 Vols as you know).

Thank you for this link. I had a look at Ian's site and see he has identified some images relevant to his caledonian research.

Some of his images reminded me just how poor some of the pictures are in B&W but they did well to produce so much information in a timely fashion.
