BOER POW - Jan Simon Ackerman were captured at Paardeberg 27/02/1900. He died on 11/09/1900 in Simonstown and his wife died in Vereeniging Concentration Camp. See attached details.

BOER POW - Nicolaas Johannes Bekker were captured at Fouriesburg 30/07/1900. He died in Diyatalawa, Ceylon on 18/11/1900 and two of his children, age 2 and 9 also died in Bethulie Concentration Camp.
