I have just returned from London after 10 days filled with research. My thanks to TNA, Firepower Museum and National Army Museum for their professional and valuable assistance.

I have been able to put together the military life of my fraternal grandfather both in the Kyber Pass (9th Division) and in South Africa with the 68th.

Also, my maternal grandfather, Q Battery, from The Relief of Kimberley to Paardeberg, to DrieFontain and finally to Sanna's Post (he was captured and sent to Watervaal POW camp). I also learned of his WW1 life.

I am currently turning all this into a book of about 50 pages.
