I believe the War Office looked at the design but did not order any.

This later version of the Motor War Car was displayed in Crystal Palace in April 1902. 16hp with a top speed of 9 mph.

28' x 8'. Two maxim guns and a 6mm Vickers armour.

Very much so. Apparently it also had a searchlight and could divert power to give an electric shock to people touching the hull!
