This question was asked on another forum and I said I would ask here just in case anyone could help......

I could not help and in the book on the history of the Chocolate Boxes it is not mentioned.....

Hello One and all,

Could any one out their help with the identification of the attached card found in a full tin of the Queen's Boer war chocolate.

I have contacted the National Army museum but the reply was some what lacking.

Quote " Thank you for sending these images to me . The note, from what I have seen in our collection, was put in the tin, with the chocolates ". So far I have been unable to find any reference book indicating that the card was actually placed in the tin.
