TOPIC:

I am reading the books "Four Months Besieged: The Story of Ladysmith" by H.H.S. Pearse, 1900

and

"Besieged by the Boers: A Diary of Life and Events in Kimberley during the Siege" by Oliver Ashe, 1900

Both are good books detailing the daily happenings inside Ladysmith and Kimberley during the siege.

I have not found any books on the Siege of Mafeking. Books that are about what is was like living in Mafeking during the siege. Can anyone recommend a book or two on this topic?

You could try "Mafeking; A Diary of the Siege" by FD Baillie.

The book bu F D Baillie is being used as the source of the Mafeking section in On This Day but I realise it will take you a few months to read the book at this rate!
