It is. Mainly for dipping into. 25 chapters on a wide range of topics from economics to intelligence as well as the usual medical, volunteer and POW sections. A wonderfully referenced book with 5 pages of bibliography sources although some of them are somewhat difficult to follow up on. Profusely illustrated and well bound.

It seems strange that the seller is despatching from the UK but won't despatch to the UK.
