Hello again,
That is a very fine tunic, in superb condition for its age and I have to say that I very much like the fist photo of NCO's too!
Regards Frank

George is second from right 1st row on semi formal pic and 1st right on troop relaxing pic.

I don't know if anyone recognises any other people in the pictures?

Hi Frank I took your advice and contacted Audrey, she sent this through to me and I await to hear what other documentation she can photograph for me.

Also on the jacket, did you notice 1 of the sleeves was stitched up, both were but 1 thread has broken, I presume this may have to do with him being a medical cpl and needed his sleeves out of the way?

Plus I don't know if you noticed but his hat badge is pinned to the top of the tailors dummy.

There are a few stains on the jacket, but there's no way I am going to try to remove them :)

Hello,
Glad Audrey was able to help you, the SA Constabulary records often prove to be very interesting, they really were in the thick of it, on many occasions!
Their QSA roll makes for very good reading as a result!

No, I did not notice, thanks for pointing it out, appears to be an Edwardian "solid" example?
