Today I received from Frank an envelope containing papers and photographs relevant to Trooper Henry Corbett Gorton, ILH, whose QSA I recently acquired. I have thanked Frank directly, but here I want to add a more public expression of my gratitude to him for his kindness and generosity. It is people like Frank who do so much to make the AngloBoerWar Forum such a great innovation.

Frank's latest supplement to the records of medals in my collection should count as part of Britain's foreign aid to Africa, especially since in this instance it is constructive aid that is much appreciated by the intended recipient.
