TOPIC:

I have Williamson's Egypt and Star and am looking to reunite it with his LSGC EVII and QSA. The QSA is to him as a Col. Sjt. and the LSGC is to him as a RSM.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a look at it earlier today but realised it was part of a broken group and moved on.

Thank you for writing and telling me about this. This is great news and I was able to secure the medal. It'll be GREAT to reunite part of the group. I've done that about a dozen times over 45+ years of collecting; it's rare and twice I've done so with the help of people on this forum. I cannot thank you enough and will post photos once I get the QSA between the Egypt and the Khedive's Star. Again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

No Problem and glad I could help, I need to do a bit of checking but I believe that RSM Fred Voase (see my post) succeeded Williamson as RSM 3rd Bn KOSB during WW1.

Williamson's QSA arrived today and here's a photo of the reunite. I'm very grateful to Gerry for making me aware of its availability. Hopefully the EVII LSGC is still out there and will find its way back to the trio.

No problem and glad to have been of assistance, I will keep an eye out for the Long Service medal.
