Hello I am trying to locate and if possible buy back my Grandfathers medal from the Boer war

J.PITMAN

Queen's South Africa Medal (3) CC, Paar, Drie.

Service No: 188420

Corps/Service: Royal Navy (HMS Doris)

Country: United Kingdom. John Pitman entered as a boy of 12 years of age on 21st December 1896, volunteered for 12 years but stayed in the Royal Navy until being pensioned off on 17th January 1921 as a Chief Petty Officer. He served aboard HMS Doris for four years from 18th Nov 1897. He was awarded the Queen's South Africa Medal while serving on this ship. He came from Moorlinch in Somerset. We have all other medals awarded to my grandfather including his Long Service and Good Conduct medal H.M.S.ORION and would love to recover the Queen's South Africa Medal to make the set complete once again.
Many thanks for looking at this message.
Regards
Clive
