This branch will be closed on 31th December 1908, and no more medals or clasps are to be sent there from Woolwich, unless specially applied for.

Arrangements have already been made for return of all unclaimed medals and clasps (by the end of 1908).

Letter of WO 68/SA/6902 of 6/11/1908 to Colonial Office requests that arrangements may be made for the transmission of WO of all records relating to the various corps under the administration of Col Secty's Dept, Cape Town.
