Deserters and others, South African Constabulary. Paragraph 2040, King's Regulations and Article 1256 of the Royal Warrant, will apply in cases of forfeiture prior to 9th July 1902.

Forfeitures involved bu officers committed subsequent to the 9th July 1902, cannot be considered to come under the provisions of the regulations quoted.
