Served in South Africa as No 2824 Pte 9/KRR Corps. Released from Militia engagement on enlistment with RGA 26/3/03. No 10521 Gnr.

Disembodied 13.7.01. Was awarded Queen's Medal, but lost it just prior to joining RGA. Refuses to pay for a new one.

Decision - Cannot be compelled to pay but is allowed to wear ribbon. If he applies for a new Medal, he must comply with para 1755 KR.

Lost War Medals of deceased soldiers cannot under any circumstances be replaced.
