Officers graded as DAAG, although belonging to a Corps, not eligible for the King's Medal, award the decoration as a special case, for his Staff Service. Case of Captain J J T Perkins, Western Rifles and Worcester Volunteer Rifles, employed as Commandant, Prisoners of War, from 2nd March 1900 to 6th April 1903.
