Proposal to Agents General of Colonies to establish address bureaus where ex-soldiers (and next of kin of deceased men) residing out of South Africa, can register their addresses, with a view fo the medals to which they are entitled, being when ready, issued to them direct, instead of being sent out to South Africa.
