Subject: Geneva Convention

Driver Slater RA was on limber what was put out of action and was ordered to attach himself to an ambulance and while so serving was taken prisioner, then sent into Ladysmith by the enemy in charge of wounded. He then continued serving with the ambulance and DJAG rule that he is not disqualified from receiving the clasp Defence of Ladysmith.
