Clasps Cape Colony and OFS allowed in case of Mr H Tomkinson, late No 5139 Pte South Lancashire Regiment.

The remaining NCOs and men of the draft of 1st Bn South Lance Regt who embarked at Southampton on SS Roslin Castle on 25-4-02 also eligible for these clasps in cases where engagement clasps earned in these Colonies or the Natal clasps have not been awarded.

Decided that the first earned clasp should be worn next to the medal and each subsequent clasp in succession, the last-earned being at the top ie furthest away from the medal.
