R.O. 16 – 16-02-1900
Until further orders Troops will parade at 6.16 a.m. for Physical Drill.
R.O. 17 – 16-02-1900
Morning Parade will in future be at 8.00 a.m.
R.O. 18 – 16-02-1900
Officers commanding Squadrons will requisition the Quartermaster for sufficient copies of the pocket “Troop Descriptive Roll” and “Manual of Drill for Mounted Troops” for Officers and Sergeants of their Squadron.
R.O. 19 – 16-02-1900
Officers commanding Squadrons are directed to see that their men, when necessary, have their hair cut.
R.O. 20 – 16-02-1900
In future the Canteen will be open from 12 noon to 12.45 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
R.O. 21 – 16-02-1900
Orderly Officer for tomorrow Lieutenant McGee, next for duty Lieutenant Pooley.
R.O. 22 – 16-02-1900
Commencing tomorrow at 9 a.m. with Troop 1, “A” Squadron all men must be medically examined by the regimental Surgeon.
The Quartermaster will arrange for the Tailor to take measurements for size rolls. Officers will also arrange to be measured for that part of their uniform supplied by the Militia Department and forward all measurements to Colonel Macdonald, Militia Storekeeper through the Orderly Room.
R.O. 23 – 16-02-1900
In future the Non-Com. Officers of the Guard will remain on duty for 24 hours, mounting with the “Night Guard”. Two “Flying Sentries” relieving the Night Guard will be posted for day duty.
R.O. 24 – 16-02-1900
Sergeant Bullough of “C” Squadron and Private Carsons of “B” Squadron will report for duty at the Quartermaster’s Store for day duty.
R.O. 25 – 16-02-1900
Private Walter Murphy of “A” Squadron is hereby appointed as Acting-Corporal for duty in Troop 4 “A” Squadron.
R.O. 26 – 16-02-1900
The following Officers having reported for duty are hereby taken on strength of the Regiment:- Lieutenants E. C. Parker, E. F. Mackie, J. C. E. Leckie, A. E. Christie, Perry Fall, P. M. Courtney, R. H. Boyde-McGee, T. E. Pooley and Serg’n Lieut. C. B. Reenan.
R.O. 27 – 16-02-1900
Regimental Clothing will be forwarded to the Quartermaster by the Militia Store Department packed in cases by Troops, and will be issued to Troops.
