A board of Officers of the following detail will assemble at 11.30 a.m., the 19th Inst. (Monday) at the Quartermaster’s Store to report on the supplies and stores received from the Militia Store Department.
President – Lieutenant Parker
Members – Lieutenants Fall and Christie
The Board will obtain expert evidence from those of their Troops who are experienced mechanics and tradesmen.

The Officer Commanding directs the attention of all ranks to the following letter: -

Dear Sir,
It gives me pleasure on behalf of the Ottawa “Young Man’s Christian Association” to welcome you to Ottawa, and to place at the disposal of your men to our building and its privileges which include first class shower, tub and swimming baths, and a well-supplied reading room with writing accommodation. All free of charge. By your bringing this to the notice of your men you will greatly oblige.

R.O. 30 – 17-02-1900
Walter Gouiblock Lynch having enlisted at Ottawa on the 17th February 1900, is hereby taken on strength of the Regiment and is posted to “B” Squadron. He will report for duty at 8.30 a.m. of the 18th inst.
R.O. 31 – 17-02-1900
Robert Huntington Moir having enlisted at Ottawa on the 17th February 1900, is hereby taken on strength of the Regiment and is posted to “B” Squadron.
R.O. 32 – 17-02-1900
There will be no church parade tomorrow but permission will be given to all Non-Com. Officers and Privates not for duty to attend divine service.
R.O. 33 – 17-02-1900
In future the term “Section” not “Group” will be used.
R.O. 34 – 17-02-1900
Non-Com. Officers and men wishing leave will, in future, make their applications through the proper channel only, i.e. the Orderly Sergeant. No passes will be accepted after 8 a.m.
R.O. 35 – 17-02-1900
All Squadron Daily Returns must be in the Orderly Room and properly endorsed by the Regimental and Squadron Serg’t Majors and Squadron Officers no later than 9 a.m.
R.O. 36 – 17-02-1900
In future Civilians will not be permitted to enter any buildings occupied by the Regiment unless accompanied by a soldier or with permission.
R.O. 37 – 17-02-1900
Orderly Officer for tomorrow Lieut. Pooley, next for duty Lieut. Courtney.
R.O. 38 – 17-02-1900
Lieutenant George W. Cameron having reported for duty is hereby taken on strength of the Regiment from the 16th inst.
Lieutenant G. W. Cameron is granted leave from the 16th inst. to the 21st February 1900 inclusive.
