The detail for stable duties is as follows :-
Mounting 8:00 a.m., Captain Carwright in charge :-
2nd and 3rd Troop “A” Squadron, 1st Troop “B” Squadron
Mounting 8:00 p.m. Major Jarvis in charge :-
4th Troop “B” Squadron, 1st and 2nd Troops “C” Squadron

The following horses having died of pneumonia are here-by struck off the strength of the regiment.
Regimental No. 418 “B” Squadron died on 24th inst. Regt. No 455 “B” Squadron died on the 25th inst. Regimental No.’s 280, 94, 461, 372, “A” Squadron died on the 26th inst. Regimental No.’s 566, 553, 406, 442,286, of “B” Squadron died on the 26th inst. No.’s 230, 485, “C” Squadron and 385, 473 “B” Squadron died on the 27th inst.

The clipping of horses will commence today under the direction of the Vety. Surgeon.
R.O. 222 – 29-03-1900
Owing to the heat in the middle of the day until further ordered, reveille will sound at 4 a.m., Morning bath and deck washing and drill parades will be as follows :-
Morning Bath and Deck Washing: 4:15 a.m.
Morning Parade
“A” and “B” Squadron 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
“C” Squadron 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Evening Parade
“A” and “B” Squadron 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
“C” Squadron 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
N.C.O.’s and Men mess hours will be as follows :-
Breakfast 7:30 a.m.
Dinner 1:00 p.m.
Supper 6:30 p.m.
Officers Mess Hours hours will be as follows :-
Breakfast 8:30 a.m.
Dinner 1:00 p.m.
Supper 6:30 p.m.

In accordance with the above orders the details for drill for tomorrow will be as follows:-
No’s 2, 3, and 4 of “A” Squadron and No’s 1, 2 and 3 of “B” Squadron both morning and evening.
No’s 1 of “A” and 3 and 4 of “C” Squadron in the evening.

Until further orders Squadron Officers will lecture to the N.C. Officers in the Sergeant’s Mess at the following hours :- 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
