E. F. Mackie, Lieut. Adjt. AFTER ORDERS R.O. 651 - 29-05-1900 Captain Livingstone, R.E. and Lieutenant Walker, R.E., are attached to the regiment and taken on the strength from yesterday. R.O. 652 - 29-05-1900 N.C.O.'s and Men will be permitted to wear rubber shoes on all occasions except on parade and on guard until further orders. Officers will wear rubber shoes at early morning stables only.
