There will be a rout march this pm the same as yesterday. The squadron will fall in on their private parade ground at 1.30 pm and inspected there, they will fall in on the general parade at 2.00 pm. Dress: Drill order.

Owing to the disturbance that took place in the village last night no N.C.O. or Private will be allowed across the river except with a pass.

A wristlet watch has been lost within the confines of the Camp. Anyone finding the same will please return to the orderly room.

A Board of Officers for the following detail, President Captain Cartwright, Members, Lieutenants Leckie and Pooley will assemble tomorrow at 10.00 am to report on the death of horse Regt. No. 831 while at herd. The evidence of F.Q.M. Sgt. McMillan and Cpl. Hawes will be taken.

LOWER TUGELA CAMP
Have all men, horses, guns, ammunition and camp equipment ready to move on the first train for Newcastle to be followed by transport, pack animals and vehicles. Every use is to be made of ordinary train. Arrangements being made by General Manager for train to stop at Ladysmith and Olisburg for feeding and watering. Officers Commanding trains must wire to commandants of these stations what rations he requires, for men, horses, one days full ration should be taken each from Tugela.
