Morning Order
No. 1 Watering:
Horses can be watered with buckets above McNally's Farm, mules and cattle below the farm. Drinking water is to be had in the enclosures where the pumps are. An N.C.O. is to accompany the water carts to see that they are filled with good water. They are to be emptied of the stuff in them and thoroughly rinsed out. The N.C.O. detailed will go every day with the water carts and will be present when they are filled on the march or in camp. In no case will loose animals be allowed to water near the dam at which the horses are watered.

No. 1 Detail:

No. 2 Detail:
44 Officers, N.C.O.'s and Men from "A" Squadron and 26 Officers, N.C.O.'s and Men from "B" Squadron will parade tomorrow so as to match at 7.30 am and join Col. Thornycroft at 7.45 am. One ration from man and horses is to be taken. "B" Squadron will parade 80 Officers and Men to be ready at noon tomorrow to escort Sir Redevers Buller to Botha's Kraal. One ration will be taken for man and horse. A careful inspection and smart turnout is expected for these escorts.
No. 3 Horses:
All horses not required for escort will be turned out to graze. The horses for the noon escort will be left out until ordered in.
No.4 Reveille:
Reveille will be at 6.00 am tomorrow.
No. 5 Issue:
There will be a rum issue this evening.
